18mm Diameter:
The diameter at the top of these poles is a beefy 18mm to give it greater strength. The pole tapers down to a smaller diameter toward the tip to save some weight.
Leki 621 Grip with Buckle Strap:
This is a low profile rubberized grip with and easily adjustable buckle strap. Freestyler will be able to grab your skis better with this style grip too.
Steel Pole Tips:
Steel is strong and can take a beating overtime. That’s why steel makes sense for pole tips, it can pierce through the snow easily and will last through some heavy use.
Powder Basket:
This basket measures 90mm in diameter and has the traditional pow basket star shape. If you find that your poles are sinking down too far in the deep snow, this is a great solution. This basket isn’t too big, it can be used everyday no problem.
