Service includes local pager phone number for your area within the United States (where available), up to 5000 monthly page allowance, Local coverage for your area (where available). Please note that we do not offer paging service outside of the USA.
Pager will be programmed with a local pager phone number and coverage for the city/state that we are shipping the pager to. If you wish to have service and pager phone number in a different city/state than where we are shipping, please message us before you place your order and let us know the details.
If you do not live in or near a major city, please message us first to make sure coverage is available. Coverage is definitely not available in the following states: Arkansas, Iowa, West Virginia, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming. Service is provided on either the Spok 929.6125 mhz network or the American Messaging 929.9375 mhz network. Maintenance plan (included) covers a malfunctioning pager as long as you have uninterrupted service with DirectPage. Pagers that are lost, stolen, physically or liquid damaged are not covered under our maintenance plan.
