HAS 100 TO 110 POUNDS COMPRESSION PER CYL, BRAKES DON’T WORK BUT E-BRAKE DOES. NEEDS TRAILERED AND WE WILL HELP LOAD. CAR NEVER HAD A RUST HOLE. THE FACTORY WOOD THAT IS IN CAR HAS NO ROT. TRANS SHIFTS GOOD. THE TOP IS THERE BUT IS TORE AND WONT COVER CAR. THERE IS AN OLD TONNU COVER THAT CAN BE USED AS A FORM TO MAKE A NEW ONE.
INTERIOR IS DRIVER QUALITY. REAL WOOD STEERING WHEEL NEEDS LITE SANDING AND STAINED. HAS NEW DOOR HINGES. TAILLIGHTS ARE NEW. ALSO NEEDS BRAKES REDONE.
TO DRIVE DAILY- WILL NEED WATER HOSE KIT. HOSE LEAKS NOW SO WE CANT RUN IT VERY LONG. BUT WE CAN LOT DRIVE IF CAREFUL NOT TO RUN TO LONG. NEEDS NEW TIRES, LIGHTS NEED HOOKED UP. IT HAS A LATE MODEL FUEL PUMP HOOKED TO IT BUT NEEDS A NEW MG STYLE TO DRIVE DAILY. GAS TANK IS GOOD AND WITH ORIGINAL LINES.

General Terms
By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. If you win an auction and dont pay you can be prosecuted by law and a suit filed by us. We take auctions very seriouslly and so should you.
We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale since they are continuously for sale on the lot.
Payment Information: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 500.00 deposit (non refundable) is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The deposit may be made using Credit Card, Cash in person, Cashier’s check, Money order, Bank wire or Paypal. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end and should be paid by cash, bank wire, or cashiers check ( not paypal nor credit card ).
We can only take up to 500.00 on Credit Cards or Paypal unless we have pre discussed a deal. We expect to here from the buyer either by email or phone within 12 hours of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise and seek any legal monitary damages to be settled by law.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. IF YOUR FINANCING, make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly co-operate.
We can locate shippers for you in the USA by emailing us or calling us at 765-345-5211. We will get you a price and can handle it from there. We will add the price on to the car and you can pay it same time as you pay for car.
